READ BEFORE YOU HIRE

    1.
    All drivers must be over 21 yrs old (over 25 yrs old for Landcruiser 100 series Roof Tents and have a current driving license)
    		 
    2.
    The person making the rental payment must be named on the rental agreement as the renter regardless of whether they have a driving licence or not. Others may be named as co renters.
       
    3.
    International customers must supply a current passport and driving licence prior to rental. National customers, if paying by cash, must supply a current driving licence and 2 other forms of identification ie utility / Bills.
 

VEHICLE INSURANCE EXCESS

An insurance excess liability of $3500 applies to each incident of damage.

  • This liability may be reduced by taking out collision damage waiver or CDW.
  • This can differ depending on vehicle, please enquire for more information.
  • Damage to any vehicle considered to be caused by lack of care or malicious will be taken from bond.

In the event of an accident or theft please notify the office within 24 hours.

Note: 
 Any single vehicle accidents or accidents involving animals carries an excess of $3500. This may not be waived

Exclusions: Any insurance excess reduction options do not cover vehicle damage caused by any of the below exclusions and you will be liable for all costs in full.

  • Water submersion or salt water damage.
  • Vehicles bogged down.
  • Overhead and underbody damage.
  • 2wd vehicles operating off sealed roads.
  • If the driver is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The renter is responsible for;

1.
 All punctures, tyre damage, glass damage and any items lost, stolen or mislaid from vehicle.
2.
 Parking fines & traffic violations. An admin fee of $60 will be applied to all unpaid traffic violations.

 

 

 

ROAD RESTRICTIONS.

  2WD vehicles may only be driven on sealed / bitumen roads.
  4WD vehicles are restricted to major recognized 4wd unsealed roads, if unsure, ask.
  All of our vehicles are restricted to mainland Australia only.

ON ROAD ASSISTANCE.

  • In the unfortunate event of mechanical fault please ring the Perth office  (08) 6389 1800 so that we can rectify the problem.
  • If we cannot sort the problem we may instruct you to contact RAC roadside assistance on 131111 quoting the vehicle registration. In the event that a vehicle cannot be repaired in a timely manner, Campaboutoz may refund monies taken, this being our maximum liability.
  • Compensation is not paid for time off road due to flat batteries, routine maintenance or unavoidable breakdowns.

 
VEHICLE AVAILABILITY.

  Should the vehicle booked be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances Campaboutoz will endeavor to allocate a substitute vehicle to client acceptance at no extra cost or shall refund all monies.


THE VEHICLE WILL BE HANDED OVER TO YOU IN CLEAN CONDITION. PLEASE ENSURE IT IS RETURNED CLEAN OR FEES WILL APPLY.
